random ramblings

I got almost 5 hours of studying today... kinda nice. Went to the library at 4 or so and sat there til I got restless at 8:45. I went home to eat dinner, and I was suppose to return to study more, but I just got lazy. I couldn't stop thinking about Ski Dazzle. So my dilema... I can't got to Ski Dazzle on the first day (tomorrow) cuz there's a dance performance that same night that I have to go to. I can either go to that one, which is free, or pay $20 to watch another one a different night so I can go to Ski Dazzle one day earlier. Couldn't justify paying that extra $20, so I'm going to Ski Dazzle Friday. Took me couple hours to finally accept that. I kept thinking of alternative ways. I even offered people money to watch the show for me (gotta have proof). Yeah, I was pretty desperate. I'm still thinking of ways...

So I hung out in the kitchen for some time today and upstairs with several people. It was quite nice. I'm feeling motivated to be more involved with my house. I'm planning to make/buy lil stockings for everyone in the house. I'm thinking about getting the Christmas decorations I brought from home for the Chem house last year and putting them up at our house. It's still in the Chem house storage closet. I might not put up the tree, but maybe garlands and ornaments with people's names on them. We'll see. I want to visit all the rooms upstairs, but that'd take a lot of time. I'm thinking of doing a rotation thing. Couple rooms a day. We'll see. That's only cuz I got my studying done early today. Well, I'm sleepy... so I'll go waste more time now instead of sleeping... hate it when I do that!

Current mood: optimistic.
