random ramblings

I'm in class right now and I just typed up a whole post... I forgot to login to LJ and when I tried to send it, it didn't send and I lost my whole previous entry! AW MAN! So anyway, I was just saying how we just had a pop quiz and is now discussing the article. My art classes is a break from Physics. I felt discourged all weekend. I spent a lot of time studying, but it's not the productive studying I'd like. Instead of trying to understand it, I was just trying to get it done... I really hate that!

This morning, in my shower, I had a scary thought. What if I realize I can't hang in Physics this year?! I can't afford to waste anymore time here. I need to graduate! So that thought this morning scared some motivation into me. I don't have to like it, cuz I've already excepted that this just isn't my cup of tea, but I just have to get by.

I pretty much finished my costume for Halloween. To save money, I decided to just modify my Jasmine costume from last year instead of buying new fabric. It was originally done really sloppy, so yesterday, I cleaned up all the seams and lined it with sequins. I think it looks really good. I'm really proud of my sewing! I'll have to get a picture of it up. Party's in two weeks, and I'm sure Jonathan will take pictures, so I'll make sure to post them. Only problem now is that the swimsuit I wore under it last year, and was planning to wear under it this year, clashes with the sequins I just added! So the plan now is to just add lining under my costumes so you can't see the swimsuit. That should work.
