random ramblings

We went to Zanko Chicken again (mmMMmm). If you haven't been there, you should go! It's like rotissere chicken, but it's GOOD. Then, we went to Target and I got a floor fan (a 20" square fan). On our way out of Target, I see the security looking at the people in front of us, then looked back and saw us. When he saw us, he approaches us and I could just see him suddenly power tripping and thinking he's all bad ass. "Excuse me, can I see your receipt? *I'm such a bad ass*". At this point, I was pissed off because I clearly saw that he was just picking on us. I reached in our bag and took out the receipt, with a pissed off face the whole time. He then looks at the receipt and then at the fan. He starts to poke around the fan, like trying to look at it from all sides. Hello?! Can't you tell it's a fan?! What the hell was he looking for? ASSHOLE! Jonathan didn't notice this til we stepped out, so he didn't say anything at the time. Words come to me too slow, so nothing came out of my mouth. We then were going to go in and complain, (we kept looking back at him and saw that he didn't check anyone else) but just left it. It would've been cool to say something though. Oh well... I should've dropped the receipt when I handed it to him (Jonathan's suggestion).

We then were going to go bowling (since we missed Ghost World earlier cuz I had to eat), but bowling prices went up! It's now $5 per game, and they don't have hourly rates anymore! sux... So, we decided to go catch the later showing of Ghost World. It was such a good movie! I highly recommend it! It's pretty much about two best friends who just graduated HS and they're finding themselves. The whole plot of them finding themselves, their relationships, etc. is a drama, but it's really funny, so I'd say it's a comedy too.

I thought it was so cute last night. My mom and I haven't had our bonding moments in awhile, but last night, I came home fairly early (12 something) and she was still up, so she came in and we talked. She's given me two pairs of diamond earings, so I start asking her about the difference between the two. After showing her my website, I go onto a website that Jonathan and I were looking at (I told her Jonathan and I were looking at it), www.adimondisforever.com. It was just cute cuz we started looking at different diamonds, comparing cuts and settings. My mom then left my room and came back with a folded up paper. She opens it and tells me "This is the ring I like". She had ripped it out of a magazine. Nice ring.

My friend Damon showed me this cool thing. If you have AIM, message SmarterChild. It's kinda cool when you're bored. It reminds me of stuff we're doing in my programming class.

Yeah! It's Friday! ...and Jonathan's leaving work early today! WooHoo! Well, he has a eye doctors appointment, but still, he'll be home early! yipee!

Current mood: excited.
